What the forecourt needs from the register
Fuel is an add-on that switches on from BuiltOFFICE. It works alongside everything the store inside already does.
Connects to a Technotrade PTS-2
BuiltPOS talks to a Technotrade PTS-2 forecourt controller over your store network. That is the controller supported today. If your site uses a different one, talk to us before you plan a switch.
About fuelPrepay and postpay
Authorize a pump for a set amount before the customer fills up, or let them fill first and pay inside. Fuel rings up on the same sale as snacks and drinks. When a prepay pumps less than was paid, a card prepay is refunded to the same card and a cash prepay tells the cashier how much to hand back.
About fuelPrices to the pumps and the sign
Change grade prices at the register and send them to the pumps and to a price sign connected to the controller. Send them now, or schedule a change for a set time, such as 6 in the morning.
About fuelTank levels and deliveries
See fuel levels from the tank gauge probes connected to the controller, at the register and in BuiltOFFICE. Each delivery the gauge sees is set beside the volume on the driver's ticket, so a short drop stands out.
About fuelDrive-offs on record
Flag a drive-off from the pump. The drive-off log keeps the pump, amount and time in one list, and gives you a short report you can copy for the police or your insurer.
About fuelFleet and attendant tags
Register the RFID tags the controller's readers accept, and choose which pumps each tag can use. A driver with a tag can fuel without a cashier authorizing the pump.
About fuelFuel reports
Gallons and sales by grade, pump and payment type for any date range. Pump meter readings are compared with what the register sold, so unrecorded fuel shows up.
About fuelEverything the store inside needs
ID checks, EBT/SNAP, deals, lottery and tobacco scan data work the same way as in any convenience store on BuiltPOS.
